Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive Authorization
Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the item in its original packaging including all cables and accessories, then ship it using a trackable service.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the device for damage or modifications, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
