Yes, all Keychron keyboards are designed with cross-system compatibility. They include a physical toggle switch to swap between layouts and come with dedicated keycaps for both Mac and Windows systems.
What is your return policy for mechanical keyboards?
We offer a 7-day return policy for items in brand-new condition with original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective.
How long does the battery last on wireless Bluetooth models?
Battery life varies by model and backlight settings. With the backlight off, many models last up to 240 hours. With RGB lighting on, you can expect approximately 70 hours of usage before needing a recharge.
Are Keychron keyboards hot-swappable?
We offer both soldered and hot-swappable versions of most models. Hot-swappable versions allow you to change switches without soldering, supporting most 3-pin and 5-pin MX mechanical switches.
